Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Irfan Maqbool Lone ("we", "us") handles personal information in connection with the ClipVault — the 49,000+ reel library and this website.

1. Information we collect

• Order information — the email address and phone number you enter at checkout, passed to us by the payment processor so we can deliver the product and provide support.
• Support correspondence — any messages, email addresses or transaction references you send us when asking for help.
• Basic technical data — standard server or analytics data such as approximate location, device and browser type, and pages viewed, where such tools are in use on this site.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not ask for identity documents, financial account numbers or government identifiers.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver your purchase — sending the access PDF and cloud download links.
• To answer support requests, including restoring access if a link stops working.
• To keep records of transactions as required for accounting and tax.
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of access links.

3. Who it is shared with

We share personal information only where it is necessary to run the service:

• Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.) — payment processing and order records.
• Cloud storage providers — Google Drive and/or Dropbox, used to host the delivered files.
• Email delivery — the provider used to send your access details and reply to support.
• Legal and regulatory bodies — where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing.

4. How long it is kept

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for resolving your query. You may ask us to delete correspondence at any time.

5. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law in India, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
• delete information we no longer need to keep;
• stop sending you any optional marketing messages.

Write to irfan@clipvault.in from the address used for your purchase, and include your transaction details so we can locate the record. Requests relating to payment data may need to be directed to Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.).

6. Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site's informational pages will still work. The payment page is operated by Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.) and uses its own cookies under its own policy.

This site also uses the Meta pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It sets cookies in your browser (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrived from one of our advertisements) and sends Meta a record of the pages you open here, together with the value and currency of an order when one is completed. We use this only to measure whether our advertising works and to show our advertisements to people who have already visited this site. Our pixel has Meta's automatic advanced matching switched on, which means that when you type your name, mobile number or email address into the checkout form, the pixel also sends Meta a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of those values, so that Meta can match the visit to a Meta account. The plain values are never sent to Meta, and a hash cannot be turned back into your details. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy, and you can control how it is used for advertising in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies in your browser, or using a browser that blocks trackers, stops the pixel from loading.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold, including limiting who can access order records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your own copies of purchased files backed up, as recommended at delivery.

8. Children

This product is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
